As Managing
Partner, Success Associates, LLC, Mark Caruso is responsible for the
overall creation, development and execution of the company's turnkey
succession planning point solution for content, process and software.
Day to day Mark leads business development efforts and our seminar
and consulting services delivery. Mark originally founded Success
Associates, Inc. as an HR and IT firm in 1996 - where he became
globally recognized as an expert in a number of HR strategic
processes, including succession planning, performance management,
large scale recruitment project management, compensation and
executive development. Due to market demand for a proven successful
comprehensive approach for succession planning and with the help of
an infusion of venture capital Success Associates, Inc. evolved to
Success Associates, LLC in 2008.
In
addition to founding Success Associates in 1996, Mark served as
Executive Vice President at TMP Worldwide (NASDAQ: MNST). During his
tenure, Mark helped create the company's Executive Resourcing
Division, expanding its portfolio of products and services and
growing revenues to more than $14 million in less than two years.
Previously,
he served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Choice Hotels
International (NYSE: CHH) where he had overall responsibility for the
HR function and was responsible for the recruitment, training,
compensation, benefits, succession planning and organizational design
of the company's employees located in more than 5,000 hotels and 43
countries worldwide. Before that, Caruso served in a variety of
senior management positions, including Vice President of Worldwide HR
Development for Holiday Inn Worldwide, acting VP of Information
Technology at Sprint PCS and various HR and IT management positions
during his eight years at Federal Express.
Mark
Caruso has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Sociology
and a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational
Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
